Brewery construction so far, so good

The On Shore Construction Crew has been hard at work at our new building at 78 Ohio Road for several weeks, and we’re really starting to see some great progress now. Despite the snow, rain and mud, the crew has finished the exterior siding, installed a custom drainage system, and insulated the floor, ready to put in the in-floor heating system and the concrete floor in the brewery next week.
The building has been designed with a low environmental footprint, with many of the building elements such as the enormous roof trusses, re-used and re-purposed from local building demolitions. All the exterior and interior wood siding was milled from trees cleared from the property.
We think it looks great, and we have a vision of what it will look like by summer too, supplied by our inspiring architect, Anne Sinclair.
