I wanted to take a moment during these incredibly challenging times to thank you, our customers. I hope you are doing well, or as well as you can be. I hope that our beer, and our social media antics, our virtual trivia, music, cooking and happy hour has brought you tiny bits of joy during this time. Because it has been a privilege and a great pleasure for us to continue to brew legendary beer and share it with our amazing customers, and learn to connect with you in new ways.
One of the great surprises for us in this time has been our new home delivery service. We had no idea how rewarding it could be to deliver beer directly to you! Even though we can’t shake your hand or hang out and chat, seeing your smiles (and your ID) through the window has warmed our hearts, and inspired us to think about new ways to get our beer to your lips, and have fun craft beer adventures with you.
We would love to know how we could serve you better – particularly with home delivery but in any way during this pandemic period. We are also looking for ideas on how we can be ready to serve you in the future – with great beer as always, but in new ways too.
I am looking for 10 home delivery customers to spend about 15 minutes on the phone with me so we can learn more about you and how we can make your day when we deliver beer.
