IPA. It's an overused term these days. It now covers a broad spectrum of beers that get called IPAs for no other reason than they have contain more hops than, say, a Pilsner. Call us traditionalists, but we think IPAs need to be hoppy, strong, dank, and yes, a bit bitter. Our IPA has just the right Amount of IPA hops like Summit, Cascade, Nelson Sauvin, Waimea and Simcoe. Drink it fresh. Enjoy with friends.
